Shipping

Shipments are made from our warehouses in Spain and Bali.

Shipping to Spain (Peninsula): Free shipping for orders over €200. For orders under this amount, a €6 shipping charge will apply. The estimated delivery time is between 2 and 5 business days.

Shipping to Europe: Free shipping for orders over €200. For orders under this amount, a €9 shipping charge will apply. The estimated delivery time is between 3 and 7 business days.

Shipping to Indonesia: Free shipping. Delivery time is approximately 2-5 business days.

Shipping to Australia: Free shipping for orders over 360 AUD. For orders under this amount, a 23 AUD shipping charge will apply. Estimated delivery time is 3-6 business days.

Shipping to the US: Free shipping for orders over $250 USD. For orders under this amount, a $20 shipping charge will apply. Expected delivery time is 3-10 business days.

The total purchase price does not include customs duties, import taxes, or any other local charges. Customs taxes are the cost of purchasing a product shipped from another country. If an international customer purchases a product from us, their country may charge customs taxes upon delivery. Monbali is not responsible for these charges.

Returns and Exchanges

Our deadline for exchanges and/or returns is 10 days from receipt of the package.

For instructions on how to return or exchange your item, please email us at hello@monbalicollection.com.

To return or exchange items, they must be unused, in their original condition, and with tags attached.

All products being exchanged or returned must be in their original packaging. Exchanges or returns will not be accepted for used, stained, or washed products, or for those with the hygiene label removed.

Products to be exchanged or returned must arrive at our warehouse in perfect condition.

Shipping costs for exchanges or returns will be borne by the customer.

Once the merchandise has been received and all the above conditions have been met, the corresponding amount will be refunded. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used.
