ORDERS

All orders placed on this website will be subject to our terms and conditions.

• When placing an order, you must provide accurate and truthful details. You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is correct.

• Orders are placed by adding the selected items to the shopping cart and proceeding to checkout. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Please verify your order before confirming it.

• Payment will be charged immediately after completing the checkout process, and you will receive an email confirming your order. A second email will be sent later confirming the details of your product delivery.

• In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to reject your order. This may happen for the following reasons: the products are unavailable, we cannot authorize the payment, you are not eligible to purchase the products for any reason, we are not authorized to sell you the products, or there has been an error in the pricing or description of the product. In such cases, we will send you an email confirming that your order has not been accepted, and we will refund your payment within 24 hours.
